1. Check your hardware

2. Disable your antivirus

  1. Insert your Windows10 media CD/DVD into the CD/DVD drive and reboot your operating system.
  2. When the PC starts it should boot from the Windows 10 media DVD, tap on the Next button in the first window that shows on the screen.
  3. Click the Repair your computer feature, go to Choose an option window and click on the Troubleshoot feature.
